At MKL Beauty Within, every appointment is reserved especially for you.

As a mobile therapist, I dedicate time to prepare your treatment and travel to your location

— so your appointment time is valuable for both of us.

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients:

*Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

* Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.

* Cancellations made within 4 hours or no-shows will incur the full treatment fee (100%).

These fees cover time and travel preparation already allocated to your appointment.

*Appointment Booking Policy

All appointments with MKL Beauty Within must be booked at least 4 hours in advance.

As a mobile practitioner, this time is required to allow for travel arrangements and to prepare the appropriate equipment for your treatment. Same-day bookings with less than 4 hours’ notice may not be accepted.

Please ensure your booking details are accurate to help me provide the best possible service.

*Gift Card Policy

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted or reissued.

*Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of treatment. I accept cash, card, and contactless payments for your convenience.

*Travel & Location

Appointments within my regular service area are included. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside this area — confirmed at the time of booking. Please ensure there is suitable space for the treatment setup, including room for a couch or equipment and safe access to power or water if required.

*Health & Safety

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments before your appointment. This ensures your safety and allows me to tailor your treatment appropriately.

*Late Arrivals

If you are running late, I will do my best to provide your full treatment time; however, this may not always be possible. The full fee will still apply. If I am delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic or emergencies), I will contact you as soon as possible and either adjust your appointment time or offer to reschedule — whichever suits you best.
